30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to initial subscription purchases and renewal charges.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address on the receipt, or
  2. Email us at hello@remembranch.com with your order reference and we will initiate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection law.
